This is a sources sort for suppliers of Plastic Static Shield Bags, NSN:8105-01-505-1463 for a Quantity of 1,637ea., and NSN:8105-01-505-0679 for a Quantity of 2,119ea. ITEM PURCHASE DESCRIPTION: 8105-01-505-1463 UI: EA STATIC SHIELD BAG DESCRIPTION IAW: Part # 1380812/5ZP From Z-Mar Technology or Commercial equal. Static Shield Bag with Zip Closure 8" x 12", with 5 Inch Pocket. PACKAGING/PACKING PACKAGING/PACKING: Each item shall be packaged in accordance with normal commercial practice and packed to assure acceptance by common carrier and to provide product protection against loss or damage during multiple shipments, handling and storage. The shipping container shall be in compliance with the National Motor Freight Classification and the Uniform Freight Classification. MARKING For civilian destinations - In accordance with FED-STD-123G, dated June 6, 1997. For military destinations - In accordance with MIL-STD-129P, dated December 15, 2002, and Change 3, dated October 29, 2004. Bar code marking shall be included for both civilian and military destinations. PALLETIZATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH PALLETIZATION REQUIREMENT, DATED 8/15/2004, UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED IN THE CONTRACT OR PURCHASE ORDER. PART NUMBER OR EQUAL: BIDDERS OFFERING OTHER THAN BRAND NAME ITEMS IDENTIFIED HEREIN MUST FURNISH WITH THEIR BIDS ADEQUATE DESCRIPTIVE LITERATURE SO THAT A DETERMINATION CAN BE MADE AS TO EQUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS OFFERED. IN ORDER FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE AN "OR EQUAL" DETERMINATION OF THE OFFERED PRODUCT(S), THE FURNISHED INFORMATION MUST DELINEATE EACH APPLICABLE CHARACTERISTIC, UNIT OF MEASURE, AND TEST METHOD OF THE OFFERED PRODUCT(S) DIRECTLY CORRELATED TO EACH OF THE REQUIREMENTS DELINEATED IN THE ITEM PURCHASE DESCRIPTION.
