- NSWC, Carderock Division Philadelphia, intends to procure on a full and open competitive basis, a base year with two options years,a Firm Fixed Price Contract for technical on line support. The contractor shall provide immediate Internet acess for three simultaneous users to all DoD Specifications, Standards, Federal Specifications and Standards, DoD Performance Standards, MS Drawings, DoD Handbooks, NAVSEA Technical Publications (Superfabs), and NAVSEA Instructions. Documents must be available in both Adobe Acrobat and ASCII "cut and past" -able format. The Contractor shall provide two simultaneous user Internet accesses to to the complete document library and index of ASTM Industrial Society. The contractor shall provide subscription for immediate acces for ten simultaneous user to Haystack Online with APL/AEL. The contractor shall provide one simultaneous user Internet access to the complete document library and indices of the following Industrial Societies: AIA/NAS, ASME, ASME/BPVC, AWS, EIA, IEEE, SAE, UL, and NFP(A). The contractor shall provide one simultaneous user Internet access to the following proprietary services: Catalog Xpress Basic and TechConnect. The contract resulting from this solicitation shall provide one-site access for all Government and Commercial Specifications in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock (NSWCCD), NSWCCD field representatives and the Naval Surface and Submarine Fleet.
