Description

GS-01P-06-BW-C-0002 PLEASE NOTE: SITE VISIT WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR OCTOBER 24th AT 10:30am AT THE PROVIDENCE COURTHOUSE. Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. An organized site visit has been scheduled for Monday October 24 at 10:30 a.m with the Property Manager and COR. Participants will meet in the lobby of the Providence Courthouse. NOTE: All contractors wishing to participate in the site visit must email Ian.Epstein@gsa.gov the Company Name, Names of attendees and a contact number no later than September 19.
