Description

Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary for Project 573A4-06-114, Complete Station Survey. This survey will include, but not be limited to, determination of elevation changes and pinpointing locations of all buildings, roads, utility manholes and valves and all trees 12 inches or larger in diameter. In addition, use of ground penetrating radar to locate and identify all underground utilites and their depth below grade. Selection will be based upon recent specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required, professional capacity to accomplish the work, professional qualification of staff and consultants assigned to project, past performance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry. Consideration is limited to firms located within a 200 miles radius of Lake City, FL. In accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program this solication is unrestricted as to size of firm. Firms desiring consideration should submit a SF 330 by February 24, 2006, 3:00PM (see note #24). Award is subject to availability of funds. This is NOT a request for proposal.
