Description

Rock Island Arsenal Part Number: 340800X054468, CNC Universal Grinder, the system shall be a universal cylindrical CNC grinding machine. It shall be capable of OD grinding, ID grinding and face grinding of cylindrical parts, in accordance with Rock Island Arsenal Purchase Description (RIPD) J4000-05-9-82, dated 24 Oct 2005. Quantity is 1 each, no option. Delivery is 16 weeks after award of a contract. Delivery shall be FOB destination Rock Island Arsenal. Approximate solicitation issue date is Ja nuary 12, 2006, with closing date 30 days from issue. Once issued, copies of the solicitation and the purchase description will be available for download from the Army Single Face To Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil. It will be the respon sibility of the contractors to check this website for the issuing and any changes to the solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be distributed. The proposed contract is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification Code is 333 512, 500 employees. See Note 12.
