Description

DRMS intends to issue a sole source purchase order for the maintenance of existing XYEnterprise Software, (30 New Crossing Road, Reading, MA 01867) used at the HDI Federal Center by the Defense Logistics Information Service. The Defense Logistics Information Service is currently using existing XYEnterprise software at the HDI Federal Center. Maintenance services on the software are necessary in order to carry out the DLIS mission. The following XYEnterprise annual maintenance is required. Manufacturers part numbers are shown in parentheses: Content@ Server-Unix (CON@SVR-UNIX-M), Content@ Unix Client (CONTENT@CLIENT-M), Content@ Client NT (CONT@CLIENT-NT-M), Content@ API (CONTENT@API-M), Arbortext Epic Editor AI (EPIC-AI-M), XPP-AI (XPP-AI-M). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received by 7 A.M. EST, January 17, 2006 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
