Description
The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) Consolidated Operations Acquisition Center (COAC) intends to purchase a SEBRA, Engineering & Research Associates, Inc., Brand names only PIRF II System. The PIRF II with mold tooling system includes the following features: (1) Product # 3220ce, PIRF Generator, 120v, quantity 1 each, (2) Product #3226/3227/3228, Forming Platform (two grippers) quantity 1 each, (3) Product #3261, Custom Mold Tooling, quantity 4 each, (4) Product #3262, Heater Coil, quantity 4 each, (5) Product #32630001-xx, Protective Housing, quantity 4 each, (6) Product # 32270010-00, Gripper Pad Sets, Quantity 4 each, (7) Product # Custom, Teflon Sleeving, quantity 2 each, (8) additional items, quantity l, (9) Non Recurring Engineering. Ninety days parts and labors, service performed at the manufacture?s location, loaner assistance is required during the warranty period. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with Offerors providing the requested product. Therefore, the initial offer should contain the Offeror?s best terms from a technical and price standpoint. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 339112 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees which is applicable for this requirement. This requirement is a small business set-aside. This acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures. Interested vendors capable of furnishing the government with the products in this synopsis should submit a quotation to the below address. The quotation shall include the itemized price, commercial price list, prompt payment terms, the F.O.B. Point (Destination or Origin) Shipping cost, if applicable, business size, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNs), and descriptive literature of the product quoted. The quotation must reference ?Solicitation number? NHLBI-PB-2006-064-DDC. Quotations will be due fifteen (15) calendar days from the publication date of this synopsis or January 25, 2006, by 8:30 a.m. local time, whichever is later. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. Quotations must be submitted in writing to the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute, Consolidated Operations Acquisition Center, Procurement Branch, 6701 Rockledge Drive, Suite 6042, Bethesda, MD 20892-7902, Attention: Deborah Coulter. Fax quotations will only be accepted if dated and signed by an authorized company representative.
