Description

The contractor shall provide full Architect/engineering services as required to prepare complete contract drawings, specifications, technical reports and cost estimates including services throughout the construction period for Project 614-06-104 "USP 797 Pharmaceutical Compliance" for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Memphis, TN. Construction cost range is $250,000 to $500,000.00. Area of consideration is limited to a 200 mile radius of Memphis, TN. Firms desiring consideration shall submit two (2) copies of SF 330, no later than close of business, February 13, 2006. NAICS 541310 shall apply. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. Contract is subject to the availability of FY 06 funds. A/E selection criteria will include (1) Professional qualifications necessary for performance of required services; (2)Specialized experience and technical competence of the A/E firm with similar type projects: (3) Past performance on contracts with Government agencies: (4) Location of A/E firm: (5) Experience and roles of key design personnel, specifically on related projects: (6) Cost control and estimating effectivness. This is not a request for proposal. This is a 100% total emerging small business set aside.
