Description

Restrictions: Requirement is 100% setaside for Small Business Concerns. Award will be based on awarding a contract to the best-valued contractor IAW the evaluation factors listed in the solicitation. Description of Synopsis: The contractor shall provide all management, supplies, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to provide, install, relocate, remove, maintain, and repair washers and dryers provided via a leasing agreement. Also, contractor shall be responsible for providing all accessory part s connected to washers and dryers to include hoses, metal back draft damper, flexible metal ductwork, and manufactured recommended connections for installation complete. Additionally, the contractor shall be responsible for all filters, lubricants, tools, replacement parts, cleaning supplies to service and maintain the appliances, and exit ductwork/manifold. The requirement is for approximately 900 washers and 740 dryers. The contract type will be firm fixed price. A Base Period with Four Option Periods is contemplated. Project is subject to availability of funds. NAICS is 532210/$6.5 Million. Solicitation will be available for download on or about January 30, 2006 with an anticipated bid opening date of 01 March 2006. Contract start date is anticipa ted as 01 April 2006.
