This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER. There is no solicitation number, for reference use W81GNN5348N085. Headquarters, US Army Intelligence & Security Command, Fort Belvoir, VA. 22060 is soliciting a sole source commercial-item purchase order (under FAR Parts 12 an d 13.5) with Intelligent Results, Inc., 10500 NE 8th Street, Suite 200, Bellevue, WA. , 98004-4345. The line items are: 0001: IR Discover Product Enterprise Software Traning Services. 3 each 4 day training sessions: 0002: IR Discover Product Consulting Se rvices, 56 hours: This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
