Description

The U.S. Geological Survey, Alabama Water Science Center, Montgomery, Alabama intends to award a sole source non-competitive procurement to Auburn University in Montgomery, Alabama for support services. Auburn University at Montgomery (AUM) has on-site staff who can meet USGS requirements. AUM has the capability, knowledge and experience to manage the ADP environment and provide hardware and software support for the various hydrologic investigative research, data collection, and administrative activities. THIS ANOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. NO FORMAL RFQ WILL BE AVAILABLE. The anticipated award date is 01/13/2005, under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $100,000.00. The NAICS code is 541519. A determination not to continue with this acquisition based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive acquisition.
