Document Type: Sources Sought--OPEI2005-PRGSUPPT-IRJ Solicitation Number: PR-HQ-05-12662 NAICS Code: 541620 Delivery Information Mail: Environmental Protection Agency, Bid and Proposal Room, 6th Floor, 1200 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20460 FedEX or Courier: Environmental Protection Agency, Bid and Proposal Room #6th Floor, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave., NW, Washington, D.C. 20004 Description EPA's Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) is conducting market research to locate potential sources capable of performing Analytical, Technical and Facilitation Support work for the EPA's Office of Policy, Economics, and Innovations (OPEI). Industrial Economics Corporation, Inc. with contract #68-W-00-072 is the incumbent contractor. Announcement is informational only and the Government will not pay or otherwise reimburse respondents. All business with the appropriate technical and personnel capability are invited to submit a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement must (1) address the contractor's technical and personnel experience as it relates to all work areas described in the draft Statement of Work http://www.epa.gov/oamhpod1/oppts_grp/0500391/index.htm , (2) provide examples of relevant technical and personnel experience, and (3) identify the tasks it will achieve using team members or sub-contractors. Contractors should provide their size status (i.e. large, small, disadvantaged and/or service disabled veteran owned). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541620. The EPA does not want full scale proposals. Please limit responses to ten (10) pages, double spaced and only provide the information requested in this paragraph. No feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their individual Capability Statement. The due date for Capability Statements and any questions is C.O.B. September 15, 2005.
