Also note the new downloading instructions in the synopsis. PROJECT TITLE AND LOCATION: Construct a two-bay Global Hawk maintenance hangar and aircraft parking apron at USAF, Beale AFB, CA. Hangar will consist of steel frame, masonry walls, standing seam metal roof, concrete floor slab, high expansion foam fire suppression system, utilities, pavements, site improvements, and communications support. Apron will consist of installation of airfield concrete, aircraft tie down and grounding points, apron markings, and apron drainage improvements. This Req uest For Proposals (RFP) is UNRESTRICTED. This procurement will be conducted under NAICS code: 236220. The size standard for this NAICS code is: $28.5 Million. Estimated cost range is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. SIC Code is 1542. FSC Code is Y199. The acquisition method is an u nrestricted Request For Proposal (RFP) and all qualified businesses may respond. On 30 December 2005, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, implemented a new procedure for posting all NEW solicitations. The Electronic Bid Solicitations (EBS) system is no longer used to post solicitations.
