Description

Provide A/E Services to include site investigation, design development, drawings and specifications, cost estimates, construction period services and site visits. This project will include but not be limited to the following: Renovation of 6 east for consolidation of education and library from 4 NHCU and 2 east. Also includes general construction and interior remodeling of architectural flow with the installation of a new HVAC system. Interior renovations shall include new walls, doors, floor tiles, ceiling tiles, painting, wall coverings and ADA handicapped height handrails. The estimated construction cost is between $100,000-$250,000. Area of consideration is restricted to firms within 50 driving mile radius of the VA Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre. Interested firms must submit two (2) copies of SF 330 with appropriate documentation to Contracting Officer (693/049B), VAMC, 1111 East End Blvd., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711 by close of business February 13, 20006. NAICS 541330 applies. This is not a request for proposals. This procurement is set-aside 100% for service disabled veteral owned small business (SDVOSB's). See numbered note 24.
