Description

The Air Force intends to award a sole source contract to Perkin-Elmer Instruments Inc for Services Non-Personal: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, personal protective equipment and clothing, materials and parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK, to perform Preventive, Remedial Maintenance and Calibration on the Thermal Analysis System. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer?s equipment specifications and the Statement of Work (SOW). The period of performance is anticipated to commence on 01 February 2006 ? 31 December 2006, with the option to extend 4 additional years.
