Description: The Contracting Center of Excellence, ACA, (formerly Defense Contracting Command-Washington - DCC-W) intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with the Skyline Sport & Health Club, 1953 Gallows Road, Suite 590, Vienna, VA. 22181 to provide physica l fintess facilities for the Office of the Chief Information Officer, G-6, (CIO/G-6) Taylor Building, Crystal City, VA, to have access to a locally available fitness facility on a financially equitable basis to that of using the established military facili ties. The CIO/G-6 personnel working in the Taylor Building in Crystal City, VA. are required to maintain a level of fitness and physical readiness commensurate with standards established by Army regulations and the closet commercial facility which also de creases transportation costs, man-hours, and any adverse affects of current operations is the Skyline Sport & Health Club.
