Description

The work under this project involves assembly and delivery of trolleys for two overhead bridge cranes, one located at Heart Mountain Powerplant and one located at Shoshone Powerplant. Delivery shall also include associated hardware, control, and power supply feeder components to the separate locations. The Installation at the plants will be done by Government personnel. After the installation at the plants, the Contractor shall provide testing services prior to the official completion of work, as well as "as built" drawings of any components not identical to the original components. Heart Mountain Powerplant is located one mile west of Cody, Wyoming and Shoshone Powerplant located three miles west of Cody, Wyoming both in Park County. The Solicitation is tentatively schedule to be available on or around January 19, 2006. The receipt of quotes is tentatively scheduled for February 9, 2006 at the Bureau of Reclamation Great Plains Regional Office, 316 North 26th, Billings, Montana. There is no charge for the first copy of this solicitation, and additional sets will be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check or money order of $9.00 for additional set. All reasonable sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 333923. This procurement is unrestricted and is not a small business set-aside, providing for full and open competition. After issuance, the Solicitation/Contract/Order - Commercial Items (Standard Form 1449) may be viewed at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. To request a hard copy of the solicitation (including drawings) contractors must fax a request to (406) 247-7798, Attn: Hart Black Eagle. The request must be on Company Letterhead, and include the following information: contractor's name, address, phone/fax numbers, e-mail address, Tax Identification Number, and Dun and Bradstreet number. Vendors are required to register in CCR prior to award of a contract.
