PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUEST OR FAX REQUEST FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED: Description: 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Re-setting/Leveling of headstones in the Andrew Johnson National Historic Site Cemetery, Greeneville, TN. Solicitation Number Q5460060012. The National Park Service is soliciting quotations for a project requiring the re-setting/leveling of not more than 1450 headstones. This project involves the lifting, setting and leveling of headstones. These are upright stone markers that weigh between 210-250 pounds each. The cemetery is located on a steep hillside which will add to the complexity of the work. Contractor is to furnish all materials, equipment and labor necessary to complete the job. Work is to be completed not later than 120 days after the Notice To Proceed is issued. Work will be allowed Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The NAICS code for this project is 561730 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This procurement is a Request for Quotation and the price range is $25,000 to $100,000 and is subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations. In addition, this procurement is offered as a 100% Set-aside for Small Business, and the National Park Service encourages the participation of disadvantaged and woman-owned business enterprises. A site visit will be scheduled for all interested parties with the time and date to be announced in the solicitation, Section L, clause 52.236-27 Site VIsit. Responses will be due approximately 30 days following issuance of the solicitation. Search by referencing the solicitation number (above), Department of the Interior, National Park Service.
