Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a requirement for a Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract. This contract shall be for the acquisition of 45 ACP ammunition to be distributed throughout the CONUS, Alaska, Hawaii and San Juan, Puerto Rico. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is RFQ-0176757 and will be issued in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Part 12-Commercial Items. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332992, the Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees. This RFQ is being conducted as an unrestricted procurement in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The RFP is to be issued approximately 02/15/2006.
