Description

This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for commercial items or services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 1012145. The solicitation clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this acquisition is D399 and the North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to FDC Reports, Inc for the renewal of the Electronic Software Site License. The electronic software will include Pharmaceutical Approvals Monthly, Gold Sheet, Tan Sheet, Health New Daily, Gray Sheet, NDA Pipeline, Rose Sheet, Blue Sheet, Pink Sheet, Silver Sheet, and Research Policy Alert. The following FAR Clauses shall apply to this solicitation 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial items, and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes for Executive Orders-Commercial Items. All responsible sources that can provide and meet the above requirements shall submit written quotations by the due date referenced above. All responses or question shall be in writing and can be sent via email icofield@oc.fda.gov or fax 301/827-7039.
