- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and 13.5 and VAAR 873. A written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation number 673-05-06 applies and is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-08. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 621512 and the business size standard is $11.5 Million. Provide MRI services at the contractor?s place of business, which must be located within 30 miles of the Orlando VA Healthcare Center located at 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando, FL 32803, in accordance with the terms and provisions of the solicitation, for the period April 1, 2006 through March 31, 2007. This is 100% set aside for small business. Subject to the availability of funds. All quotations are to be submitted by hard copy to the designated office by 3:30 PM February 1, 2006. Faxed versions are acceptable. All other electronic versions are not acceptable. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available January 18, 2006. Electronic request for quotation may be obtained free at the following URL:http://www.fedbizopps.gov . Any amendments or additional information issued to this request for quotation will also be available electronically at the URL address. Request for hard copy solicitation must be in writing. No telephone request will be accepted. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor, no later than January 30, 2006, are acceptable.
