- Federal Supply Class (FSC) 9540, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 332710. Igniter Cap, IAW Drawing 6263354-C, Aluminum Alloy, ASTM B211, Anodize per MIL-A-8626, Type II, Class 2, Flat Black, Quantity: 9,800 each. Striker, I AW Drawing 6263357-A, Aluminum Alloy, ASTM B211, Quantity: 9,800 each. Primer Holder, IAW Drawing 6263364-B, Brass Leaded and Non-Leaded, ASTM B16 Rod, Commonly known as 360 half hard brass, Quantity: 9,800 each. Delivery: 12 weeks after date of contract award. First Article quantity of 20 units (of each item), if not waived, due 30 calendar days after contract award, to which the production quantity would be due 16 weeks after First Article Testing Approval. Notification of disposition due within 15 cal endar days after receipt of First Article. FOB Destination, Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Crane, IN. This will be a Firm Fixed Price, 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside contract. Distribution Statement D is applicable. Drawing distribution authorize d to US Government Agencies and their contractors only. A Military Critical Technical Data, DD Form 2345, is required to be on file before drawings pertaining to this procurement are available to prospective contractors. Contractors shall contact the US Canada Joint Certification Office at 1-800-352-3572 or via the website http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/default.asp. Effective 1 Jan 2005, all contractors are required to use the On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). Contractors will c omplete and update the on-line provisions in ORCA (http://www.bpn.gov/orca) on at least a yearly basis. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD will be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or contact CCR at 1-888-227-2423. Approximate issue date is 8 February 2006 with the opening date 30 days from issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at http://www.osc.army.mil/ac/aais/ioc and https://acquisition.a rmy.mil/asfi and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these websites. It is the contractors responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
