Description
The Army Field Support Command is conducting a Sources Sought/Market Survey for a contemplated procurement of 25.4MM Decoy Cartridge, NSN: 1305-01-082-8986. Current projected base quantity is 9,200. There will be no option years. This survey is ope n for both large and small businesses. This survey is being conducted to evaluate the production capability for the subject item. A technical data package will be provided, upon request, to assist respondents in developing their capability statements. P otential respondents are advised that this requirement contains technical data as defined by 22 CFR Section 120.10 and bears a Distribution D distribution statement. A certified DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Data Agreement, or your certification numbe r must be furnished with your request for the TDP. Send request for TDP to Paul.Bennett2@us.army.mil. Please include with your request your complete mailing address and POC name, phone number and email address. TDP will be issued via U.S. mail unless pro vided with your request is authorization to send via Federal Express and your Federal Express Account Number. A respondent to this market survey should be able to show that they have the technical capability, manufacturing capacity, certification to recei ve export-controlled technical data (as applicable), and good past performance, as indicators of existing qualifications. Interested companies who have the necessary capabilities should respond by providing the following information; a summary of your co mpanys capabilities; description of facilities, personnel, and manufacturing capabilities and experiences and how they directly relate to the planned procurement and estimated prices. A respondent should state if they have made this item in the past. If a respondent does not currently have complete relevant resources (facilities, equipment, technical, personnel, etc.) available, the respondent must identify their needs and be able to specifically demonstrate his ability to obtain those resources in a tim ely fashion. If a respondent chooses to utilize the services of sub-tier vendors or subcontractors, those vendors or subcontractors must also meet these criteria. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price, RFP contract will be awarded. Best Value crite ria will be used to evaluate and select the awardee. Also, provide in your response your company name, address, point of contact, phone number, e-mail address, company web site (if available) and business size/status (small or large business). If your bu siness size is small, please indicate if you are 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business, Woman-Owned Small Business Concern, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern .
