- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division has entered into a Basic Ordering Agreement with Technical Services Laboratory, 95 Ready Avenue, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548 for a maximum ceiling amount of $1,525,464. The BOA covers a three-year period, with two one-year options, from the award date of 24 January 2002. The BOA includes line items for spares, repairs, upgrades, and/or modifications for the following: SME-4413K-0001 VHF/UHF RF Switch Matrix (P/N 95A5510-001 Rev A), SME-2432K-0001 Video Switch Matrix (P/N 95A5500-001 Rev A), and SME-0811K-0001 Audio Switch Matrix (P/N 95A5490-001 Rev A). Procurements under the BOA will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is for the class of orders that may be issued by NSWC Crane under the BOA for a one-year period (Option Year 2). Individual job orders issued by NSWC Crane will specify the requirements and! all applicable delivery terms and conditions. All responsible sources may inquire into the specific terms and conditions included in the BOA; such inquiries will be considered by this agency. Notes 22 and 26 apply.
