- PLEASE NOTE CHANGE IN ALL MINIMUM QUANTITIES: Dress, Women?s, Commercial, Poromeric (MC), Quantity: Minimum: 4,080 Pr; Maximum: 9,276 Pr with four term options. Option 1-Minimum: 4,080 Pr; Maximum: 9,276 Pr, Option 2-Minimum: 4,080 Pr; Maximum: 9,276 Pr, Option 3-Minimum: 4,080 Pr; Maximum 9,276 Pr, Option 4-Minimum: 4,080 Pr; Maximum 9,276 Pr. Destination: SNT?Defense Dist. Depot Susquehanna, New Cumberland, PA. Items to be manufactured in accordance with Bates Shoe Style 742, Munro Style 083, or equal. Production lead-time is 150 days after date of award. Procurement will be issued on an unrestricted basis and will be evaluated under Best Value Procedures with the following evaluation factors; Product Demonstration Model, Experience/Past Performance, Socio-Economic, and Javits Wagner O?Day. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
