Description

Travis AFB intends to award a sole-source purchase order for 2 ea Viotorr Stents, PTA 107275, and 2 ea Viotorr Stents, PTA108275, to W.L. Gore & Associates. Gore is the original manufacturer of the stents required. An evaluation by the hospital determined that there is no other stent produced by any other company that has the same characteristics as this stent. Delivery is to be made to Building 777, Travis AFB, CA; required delivery within 14 days. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. NAICS Code 339113 applies. SIC 3842 applies. Contractors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov.
