Description

This requirement will have a base year of 12 months starting April 1, 2006 - March 31, 2007, plus four (4) option year periods thereafter. The Government has the right to exercise the option periods and they will not be advertised. The contractor shall provide geneticist/dysmorphologic evaluations for the Developmental Pediatrics Services Branch for the Department of Pediatrics at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. This is a personal services contract. The performance of the indi vidual Health Care Provider is subject to supervision, clinical oversight and control by healthcare facility personnel comparable to that exercised over military service employees engaged in comparable work. The contractor shall be responsible to ensure t hat the quality of service and materials provided under this contract meet or exceed the performance work statement. The contractor personnel may be schedule for up to 72 genetics evaluations and 32 follow-up appointments annually. Evaluations are schedu led between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This requirement will have a base year of 12 months starting April 1, 2006 - March 31, 2007, plus four (4) option year periods thereafter. The Government has the right to exercise the option periods and they will not be advertised. The solicitation will be available upon request on or about 19 January 2006. All quotes or proposed offers are due by 10:00 A.M. Hawaii Standard Time (HST) on or before 3 February 2006. The NAICS code for this procurement is 621111 and the size standard is $6M.
