Description

The FISC Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Division intends to solicit on a sole source basis with Dynamics Research to obtain software development and maintenance to continue support for the Graduate Medical Education (GME) systems at the current level and provide new, similar support services to the other departments to increase automation of functions across the departments for the Naval Medical Education and Training Command (NMETC) in Bethesda, MD. The services to be provided will consist of software development and maintenance to continue support for the GME systems at the current level and provide new, similar support services to the other departments to increase automation of functions across the departments. Once the new development portion of the contract is performed, contract support will revert to a maintenance function only. Existing infrastructure and previously developed software are to be used in the development effort. The solicitation will result in a Fixed Price contract. There will be a base period of one (1) year and four (4), one (1) year option periods. Period of performance will begin 1 April 2006. Solicitations will be available on NECO at http://www.neco.navy.mil/
