- The United States Environmental Protection Agency has completed the following OMB Circular A-76 streamlined competitions for information technology support: REG9-IT-200508, REG3-IT-200509, REG8-IT-200510, REG10-IT-200511, REG4-IT-200512, REG7-IT-200513, and REG4-IT-200514. As a result of the competitions, performance of these functions will remain in-house. In accordance with the revised OMB Circular A-76, dated and effective May 29, 2003, no party may contest any aspect of these streamlined competitions.
