Description

VISN 22, Network 22 Logistics Office, intends to negotiate a commercial (FAR Part 13) sole source contract with Aesculap Inc. 3773 Corporate Parkway, Center Valley, PA 18034 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for other than full and open competition is being prepared in support of this acquisition. Aesculap Inc. shall provide Software Upgrade to an existing system required by the VA San Diego Healthcare System in CA. The Government is requesting for the following: (1) 1-Each, Item # IMS181, Instacount Plus software W/10 Licenses; (2) 3-Each, Item # IMS281, for 2 Additional Licenses for Instacount Plus; (3) 1-Each, Item # IMS146, Maintenance Services ? No Charge first year; (4) 4-Each, Item # IMS155, HHP Corded Scanner; (5) 4-Each, Item # IMS156, Scanner Cable; (6) 5-Each, Item # IMS159, HHP Cordless Scanner Kit; (7) 5-Each, Item # IMS162, Rechargeable Battery; (8) 3-Each, Item # IMS221, 105SL Printer W/203DPI/Cutter; (9) 1-Each, Item # IMS018, Data Training for Network System; (10) 1-Each, Item # IMS174, Data Transfer from IC2000; (11) 1-Each, Item # IMS150, Instacount PDI Manager; (12) 2-Each, Item # IMS151, PDI Interface; (13) 4-Each, Item # IMS154, Non-Piggyback Continuous Roll Label; (14) 3-Each, Item # IMS180, Ribbon for Zebra Printer; (15) 1-Each, Item # IMS310, Z-U Permanent Barcode Label 2.75 X 1.25; (16) 1-Each, Item # IMS312, Ribbon for Permanent Label. Products shall be delivered 5-15 days after award. Delivery terms shall be FOB Destination to the VA San Diego Healthcare System, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161-0001.
