- Description
- Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform testing on electrical switchgear and devices at the Alvin C. York VA Medical Center, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37232. Work includes the inspection, cleaning, tightening, and testing of switchgear, panel breakers, disconnects, motor controllers, and control devices, such as contactors, relays, timers and associated wiring, and testing of emergency generators. Also required is infrared survey of all devices and a full report covering devices inspected and serviced. Work must begin on or about February 13, 2006. NAICS Code is 541380 with a size standard of $10,000,000. This acquisition is 100% setaside for competition among Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Any and all questions regarding this solicitation shall be in writing and sent to the Contracting Officer. Any amendments to the solicitation will be available on the VA Business Opportunities System website. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Offers are due by 4:30 p.m. on January 27, 2006.
