- VISN 3 Network Acquisition & Logistic Program has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material and equipment for the removal, decontamination and disposal of regulated medical waste in accordance with laws governing regulated medical waste, requirements, specifications, terms and conditions as described within solicitation 10N3-085-06. Services are to be performed at the New York/New Jersey VISN 3 Veterans Affairs Medical Centers and their Community Based Out-Patient Clinics (New York City, Brooklyn, St. Albans, Bronx, Montrose, Castle Point [New York], and East Orange, Lyons [New Jersey]. Period of performance shall be from March 1, 2006 through September 30, 2006 with four (1) year options to extend the term of the contract. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned, HubZone small businesses. NAICS 562211, Size $11.5M. Due date for quotation is February 15, 2006 by 3:00 PM.
