- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The selected vendor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, parts, transportation and equipmenht needed to clean and service electrical switchgear, 2006 as in the attached statement of work (SOW). All work is to be done at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, located at 510 East Stoner Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71101. All procedures and materials shall be in accordance with manufacturer's recommendatins and specifications as detailed in the attached SOW. This combined synopsis/solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
