- The Contractor shall furnish all the labor, parts, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to provide Herbicide Lawn Application services to the six (Fort Harrison, Glendale, Richmond, Cold Harbor, City Point, Seven Pines) National Cemeteries located within the Richmond Cemetery Complex, Richmond, VA. The contract performance period is one year with four (4) one-year options to extend the term of the contract. Subject to the availability of funds. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for award to service disabled veterans owned small businesses (SDVOSB). Offers or quotations from other than SDVOSB will not be considered and shall be rejected. The NAICS Code is 561730 and the size standard is $6.5 million. The solicitation will be available for downloading on or about January 30, 2006. All requests for printed copies of the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. No telephone requests will be accepted.
