Description

I. INTRODUCTION. A. This is a synopsis for a sole source acquisition prepared in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the synopsis only and a solicitation will not be issued. B. The synopsis number is: W56HZV-06-T-0001 C. This acquisition is not set aside for small business. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 337212, Custom Architectural Woodwork and Millwork Manufacturing. D. Basis for award  A Sole Source award will be made to National Millwork, an 8A company that has provided TARDEC display items and necessary repairs for the last three years. II. GENERAL. A. The United States Army Tank and Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC) in Warren, Michigan has a requirement for display maintenance, repair and storage. B.
