Description: The project involves remediation of two former air compressor building sites. The work consists of developing and obtaining WVDEP approval of remediation work plan, removing two approximate 20 ft by 30 ft concrete slabs, removing and disposing approximate 700 cy of oil and chlorinated solvent contaminated non-hazardous soil, backfilling excavation, closure report, and incidental related work. Plans and specs will be available on or after February 6, 2006. A copy of WV contractors license is required with bid. All bids require 20% bid guarantee.
