- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N62786-06-T-0008 applies. Quotes must be received by 12:00 PM on February 3, 2006 to be considered. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-08. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 3339999 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. SUPSHIP Bath has a requirement to procure the following item. Item 0001: Pallet Covers, Heavyweight, Insulated, Size: 48" x 40" x 76", Qty: 150 each. All covers are to be washable, lightweight, collapsible, wind tight, and water repellent. All covers are to have a plastic pocket for identification shipping papers. All pricing should be FOB Destination. Deliveries will be made to: National Steel and Shipbuilding Co., GFM Spares, USNS Lewis & Clark T-AKE 1; 1695 Main Street; San Diego, CA 92113 within 30 days of receipt of award. Vendor must provide valid Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, DUNS number and TAX ID number. To be eligible for award, you must be properly registered in the Central Contractor Registry at www.ccr.gov.
