- The purpose of this FedBizOpps announcement is to announce the release of Amendment 2 to the RFP for PR-HQ-05-10200. The purpose of the RFP Amendment is to answer questions from contractors regarding PR-HQ-05-10200. All sections/attachments of the solicitation remain unchanged. The proposal due date has not been changed, and proposals are to be submitted by no later than 3:00 PM on February 3, 2006.
