- The purpose of this notice is to notify potential bidders of the Pre-Proposal/Pre-Solicitation conference. There will be one Pre-Proposal conference for the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside and one Pre-Solicitation conference for the Full-and Open contract. Both conferences will be held, Monday, February 13, 2006 in the Lake Michigan Conference Room, 12th floor of the Metcalfe Federal Building, 77 West Jackson Boulevard, Chicago, Illinois. The Full-and-Open conference will begin at 9 AM CST. The Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business Set-Aside conference will begin at 2PM CST.
