Description

NOTE: THE AGENCY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS NOTICE IS GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) NOT OTHER DEFENSE AGENCIES. PLEASE ADHERE TO REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATION INSTRUCTION BELOW. General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a sole source procurement to the University of North Dakota to provide a Government Rural Outreach initiative which includes the improvement on the outreach of Electronic Government services to Rural Citizens through Information Technology, and the project attempts to coordinate the services provided to these Rural Citizens for the major communities served. Formal communications such as requests for clarifications and/or information concerning this solicitation/RFQ shall be submitted in writing via email to the Contracting Officer, Sharla R. Ross at sharla.ross@gsa.gov. No information concerning this solicitation/RFQ or requests for clarification will be provided in response to telephone calls from prospective offerors. Inquires will be answered and provided to all offerors via amendment to this solicitation. No such inquires will be considered if received after 11:00 AM EST on Friday, February 3, 2006. Please reference the section of the Statement of Work (SOW) that the question pertains to. Offerors are responsible for downloading the attached solicitation, all of its supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps). This action incorporates provisions that are in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 2005-03. Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) Note 22 applies.
