- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) ? Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE), intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract to obtain preventive maintenance inspection service for kitchen food service equipment (fryers, ovens, dishwasher, etc) located at the El Centro Service Processing Center, 1115 N.
