- On behalf of the Office of the Chief, Army Reserve and in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, the Contracting Center of Excellence intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis as a logical follow-on to Polycom, Inc. for VTC Maintenance Renew al with proprietary software programming codes. The purpose of the work is to provide maintenance coverage on VTC equipment. There is NO solicitation document. This notice is not a request for quotes. Interested firms may send a capabilities statement to the attention of Gayna Malcolm, CCE, 5200 Army Pentagon, Room 1C256, Contracting Business Unit 5C, Washington, DC 20310-5200. Capability statements must be received by this office within 5 days from publication of this notice. Please note, submission of capability statement does not constitute further consideration.
