- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a sole source indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to Manugistics, Inc, 9715 Key West Ave., Rockville, MD 20850, to support up to eight DoD maintenance activities. This requirement is for maintenance on COTS software, including MRP II (NetWORKS MTO and NetWORKS MRO), MicroFocus COBOL, Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS), NetWORKS MTO Application Program Interfaces (API), and Intelligent Loaders (I-Loaders), as well as maintenance for GOTS software developed by Manugistics, such as Material Productivity Tool (MPT), Long Lead Time Planning (LLTP), and SMART interfaces, and related services comprising on-site technical and functional support, training and specialized support. The period of performance is expected to be from date of award and continue for twelve months plus four one-year options. Authority: FAR 6.302-1, 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). Justification: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested persons may identify their interest and ability to provide the NetWORKS MTO and NetWORKS MRO software and associated services or submit proposals. All proposals received before the response date will be considered by the government. If no proposals are received by that time, a sole source contract with Manugistics, Inc. will be pursued.
