- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation M67854-06-Q-0018 is issued hereto as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-08 and DCN 20051220. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 541612 and a size standard of $6,500,000. The requirement is for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Training to be provided to the Direct Reporting Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault (DRPM AAA) at a site to be determined in Woodbridge, Virginia. The contractor will provide all required personnel and materials to conduct training for 145 participants between 13 February 2006 and 17 February 2006. The successful contractor shall be required to invoice through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system at https://wawf.eb.mil.
