- GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA), of The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 2,760 BOMA rentable square feet of warehouse space, for occupancy by the Federal Aviation Administration for a term of 5 years, 3 years firm, with occupancy to commence in the year 2006. The space must be located within One mile of the airport in Bismarck, North Dakota. The delineated area boundaries are the city limits of Bismarck, North Dakota. If no offers are received that fully comply with the minimum requirements within the above boundaries, other alternative sites, including build to suit, will be considered. Consideration will be given to locations one (1) mile out side the city limits of Bismarck, North Dakota. Buildings listed on the Historic National Register of Historic places, potentially eligible for the National Register or within a Historic District are encouraged to offer. All space must be fully handicapped accessible and cannot be within the 100-year floodplain.
