Description: The purpose of this amendment is answer the following question regarding this catering requirement. Question: Can the catered meal be prepared at the Charles E. Kelly Reserve Center dining facility located in Oakdale PA. Answer: No, the dining facility basically does not have an operational cooking facility. The facility does offer the space to prepare meals to the soldier while training is being conducted. This requirement requires the vendor provides meals at his facility and to transport them to the Charles E. Kelly Reserve Center facility using marmites or a similar insulated food container utilized for serving hot meals. NO FURTHER CHANGES ARE EFFECTED BY THIS AMENDMENT.
