Description

The Carl T Hayden VA Medical Center, Phoenix, AZ has requirements for eyeglasses for veterans for the VA Southwest Healthcare Network (VISN 18) for the following medical centers: Amarillo VA Health Care System, Amarillo, TX; El Paso VA Health Care System, El Paso, TX; New Mexico VA Health Care System, Albuquerque, NM; Northern Arizona VA Health Care System, Prescott, AZ; Southern Arizona VA Health Care System, Tucson, AZ; West Texas VA Health Care System, Big Spring, TX; and the Carl T Hayden VA Medical Center, Phoenix, AZ. Multiple awards will be made based on best value to the government to best meet the needs for the veterans. Contract duration period is April 1, 2006 through March 31, 2007 with four (4) option years. The award of this solicitation is subject to the availability of funding. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-NOV-2005).
