Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice: The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services has a need for design and construction services in Ely, NV for a 45' X 60' X 12' Aircraft Hangar. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and material. The contractor shall design and construct within FAA and local airport requirements, national codes, EPA regulations, and federal, state and local laws. Davis Bacon rates will be applicable. This effort shall be awarded as a lump sum price. Estimated construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is set for full and open competition under NAIC 236220 in accordance with USDA policy. The complete solicitation will be available at this site on or about 9 February, 2006 and proposals will be due thirty (30) days after the release of the solicitation. The solicitation #APHIS-05-044, is to be affixed to all documents submitted in reference to this requirement.
