- Contractor shall reconstruct 1.19 miles of Road 735 with two concrete paved fords on the Ouachita National Forest, Mena Ranger District, Scott County, Arkansas. See the vicinity maps on pages 1 and 2 of the plans for exact location. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract. The range for this project is between $25,000 and $100.000. NAICS code for this solicitation is 237310, and the Small Business Standard is $28.5 Million. The successful offeror will be required to furnish a payment bond, in the amount of 100% of the contract price prior to beginning work. This project is opened to small and large businesses.
