Description

This project will renovate the Dental Suite, 2nd Floor, at the Cincinnati VAMC, 3200 Vine St., Cincinnati, OH 45220, to add two additional operatories. Work includes all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to construct improvements, as detailed per the drawings and specifications. The NAICS code is 236220/size standard $31 million. Cost range is $25,000 to $100,000. THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (SDVOSB) (see numbered note 29). A Pre-bid conference is scheduled for 2/2/2006 at 9:00 AM EST in Building 7, conference room. All bidders are encouraged to attend the Pre-bid Conference. Questions will be addressed and discussed at the Pre-Bid Conference. TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Questions resulting in a change to the solicitation or drawings will be modified via an Amendment to the solicitation and submitted to all contractors on the bidders mailing list and will be posted on the fedbizopps website. In the interest of adhering to the scheduled Bid Opening Date, NO questions will be accepted seven (7) calendar days from the date of the bid opening Bid opening is 2/24/2006 at 2:00 PM EST. Award is subject to the availability of funds. This solicitation is available and can be downloaded on the fedbizzops website.
